Diagnostic Tools

Military
This tool validates the mission ability of an on-board weapon system, with a particular focus on the condition of the high-pressure bottles (HPB) used to eject the fired missile. It controls BHP's electrical subsets (pressure sensor, temperature sensor, heating resistance, presence shunts)
- it measures the pressure and temperature of the gas from the sensors of the BHP
- comparing the results against a previously defined area for the following diagnoses:
- BHP fit or unfit for shooting,
- BHP fit or unfit for operational alert,
- Status of inflation in relation to tolerances.
The standalone verification method comes in the form of a diagnostic suitcase containing a test case, the hardened PDA (modified market product - application-specific electronics, caps and cables accessories.
The test case incorporates the following:
- An internal power module to make the medium autonomous and, if necessary, compatible with an external power supply,
- the resources needed for the measures and treatments associated with it,
- powering BHP's pressure sensor,
- a connector to BHP,
- an IHM.
IHM/software function:
- The IHM allows the visualization display of the following test results in the form of GO/NOGO:
- self-test,
- testing BHP straps,
- temperature sensor test,
- pressure sensor test,
- heating resistance test.
- The IHM includes:
- an indication of BHP's ability to fulfil its mission,
- an indication of BHP's ability to maintain the operational alert,
- an indication of the state of inflation in relation to tolerances in the form of a percentage or representation of analog scale type.
- The IHM allows the reading of the temperature in C and the pressure in bars.
- Any messages posted to the operator (excluding permanent markings) in French/English Bilingual.
Robotic

Container parks, for example, require communications in difficult environments. The operator on land, is in a cage of Faraday, consisting of piles of containers, in lack of visibility and seeks to transmit instructions to remote operators, crane operator, ship being loaded, command post.
